Ayillo keeps property-level screening criteria, verification evidence, review status, and the decision trail on the application. Manual review works today; connected credit or background reports depend on the screening provider configured for the workspace.

The lease renders from the property, unit, term, and screening decision — not from a Word template someone edited last year. E-signature is native. Renewals prefill from the current lease so a fourth-year renewal is one click, not a rewrite. Every signed lease is versioned, timestamped, and downloadable.
